The stress that comes from the trauma that so many of us have and continue to face takes a toll on our physical, mental, and spiritual selves. These demonstrations are daily practices that open the door to a more fulfilled and complete life. 

MONDAY// LEARN

Learn one thing about each 360 Nation Prophet.

TUESDAY// MOVEMENT

Dedicate yourself to moving your body for at least 20 min and commit to it every week.

WEDNESDAY// CONNECT

Reach out to someone you haven’t talked to in a while.

THURSDAY// STILLNESS

Take 4 min to be silent and still. Increase 1 min per week. After 12 weeks start over.

FRIDAY// EXPOSE

Expose yourself to something different today. Use the 360 IG for reference. (360__nation (link))

SATURDAY// WATER

Drink 8 cups of water today because your body needs it.

SUNDAY// REST

Take 60 minutes to lie down today.
